Diving, Yoga and relaxation

The Jakaré team will be happy to organize, on request, a cruise including the practice of Yoga. One of our managers is A certified teacher in Hatha Yoga (Yoga Alliance) and Yin Yoga.

Maya (YOGA TEACHER) offers meditation sessions at sunrise, introduces you to the different breathing techniques to help improve your well-being during your stay, and beyond, guides you through gentle sequences of positions (ASANAS) in Hatha yoga in order to regain possession of your body as well as offer you deep relaxation sessions.

Any request for a Cruise with Yoga will be carefully planned and tailor-made: from the relaxation cruise with a little peace and quiet, Breathing, Meditation to a complete Yoga retreat.

Maya, a diver since the age of 9, in addition, took the teaching of Integrative Yoga with Shilpa Gatalia (www.yogshakti.com). She is a certified Yoga Alliance 500 Hrs Yoga teacher.

We have yoga mats available on board the Jakaré. The practice is usually done on the upper deck or at the beach when the conditions allow for it.

What is Integrative YOGA?

The practice of Integrative Yoga seeks lightness of the Body and quietness of the Spirit using a variety of techniques / practices.

It is a meditative practice either in movement through a sequence of yoga poses (Flow which follows the inspiration of Scavarelli) and Qigong movements or in search of physical and mental immobility (Yin / Meditation). The use of different breathing techniques is omnipresent in this practice in order to achieve inner calm.
